How to Wear Diapers to Work!

  1. Pick clothing that’ll hide your diaper bulge well. Loose-fitting slacks, blue jeans, and skirts will definitely work well. Try to get them as dark as you can, as it would be harder for someone to make out the outline of your diaper. Long shirts are nice to wear when wearing because if you bend over, you might expose the back of your diaper.

  2. Practice at home. Put on a fresh diaper and your work pants and look in the mirror. You might be able to see some bulge from the comfy padding, but that’s fine. Wet it until it’s swollen with your little tinkles and then check in the mirror again. If it’s too thick, choose a different diaper and repeat the process until you can find a diaper that hides well underneath your clothes when soaked. It’s okay for there to be a little bulge; I’ll cover that in the next part! :P

  3. THIS PART IS IMPORTANT!! Only you know what it looks like when you’re wearing a diaper vs when you’re not wearing a diaper, so if someone sees you with a little extra cushion down there, their first thought would be to think that’s just how you are; how your body is. They’re not going to think, “Oh, they’re wearing a diaper! Hahaha!” They’re going to not give it a second thought, especially if you’re talking to them. And honestly? They aren’t going to care; not one little bit. It’s not nice to ask someone about something so private, and people want to avoid awkward situations at all costs.

  4. During work, if you need to change on your breaks, do so with confidence! Most places have single-room bathrooms, allowing you to lock the door behind you. If not, some fast food restaurants do! I know Moe’s does, at least the one near me. Scope out the area, and see what places have single room bathrooms for you to change in if you have to. At the very least, you can change in your car! I’ve done this a ton. I just put a blanket over my lap and changed my diaper when nobody was around. Parking far away, or driving to a more secluded part of the parking lot can make this a lot easier and less scary.

  5. During your shift, you’d be walking around a lot, which means that your body would use all the water you’ve had to drink so far, resulting in yellow urine, and small amounts of it. Yellow urine smells, and it can be a little noticeable, so I recommend drinking enough water during the day to keep your little wetting episodes light and not dark. Light yellow is okay, but dark yellow smells a lot more than light yellow, so try to figure out a good balance. Each diaper is different, so see what works for you!

  6. Changing at work can be a daunting thing, but it doesn’t have to be! Like I mentioned before, you can change in your car, or you can regulate your intake of water to make sure that, throughout your shift, you wet your diaper just enough so that you don’t have to change it; I was able to make an M4 last for an entire shift without changing.

  7. Walking makes diapers break down. I suggest wearing your diaper of choice and test it out by walking around the mall (or anywhere else for extended periods of time) for a bit and see how it holds up. Pay attention to how it handles constant friction from your legs; heat can also be a factor in a diaper breaking down. My solution is this: If I know a diaper can take four full wettings, then I’ll change on the third full wetting, OR if my butt cheeks feel kinda damp. This prevents those nasty leaks from occurring, which makes it obvious that you just had an accident.

  8. Above all, have fun with it! Diapers are what makes us all special; it’s totally okay and cool to accept that you love diapers! Diapers make us all happy, make us feel safe, and above all, they make us feel protected and comforted, all day and all night long. It is normal for us to want to wear diapers full time, and it’s perfectly legal, okay, and awesome for us to be diapered 24/7!
