With the new world order Men as classified in 7 categories

Permanent Chastity - Omega getting the chastity device riveted on, no need for a lock, it's not coming off. 

1. Alpha - Dominant leaders who know they should be respected and have the natural authority to control lower-class males.  What they want they get.  The definition of masculine power. Chastity means an effective way to control weaker males with rigid inescapable steel.
   
   
2. Beta - Strong men who take what they want and enjoy the power but who accept the leadership of an Alpha to focus their superiority to get what they deserve from submissives.  Chastity is for humiliating weaker males.
   
   
3. Gamma - 90% of all men.  For those who are assertive and top but with consenting equals, Chastity has little relevance and no real role.
   
   
4. delta - men who lack some masculinity and enjoy temporary submission to others for mutual pleasure,  Chasity would be a voluntary exercise without a device they may use to enhance mutual pleasure.
   
   
5. epsilon - men that would identify as faggots with a need to be forcefully humiliated a dominated in sexual situations for short periods.  Chastity devices would be a fun way of enhancing this for short periods (up to a week or two)
   
   
6. zeta - men reduced to slavery for long extended periods across all aspects of their life but still allowed human interaction with others and periods of a two-way conversation with other higher males.  Chastity would be an important control mechanism to enforce slavery and could last for long periods of multiple months.
   
   
7. omega - objects that happen to be in male form that have any vestiges of independent thought, action, or opinion forcefully suppressed and who exist only to serve and be used,  Sex is something done to it and not something it does, more like being molested or raped.  Permanent chastity with a device locked or welded in place helps define its status to the outside world

Important Rules:

• All Males are given a first provisional classification at 16 which is validated at 18 , 19 and 20.
• Movement between classifications can happen throughout life, and re-assessments happen every 5 years after 20.  
• A male can never be promoted to more than 2 classifications at a time.
• Downward re-classifications are not limited.  
• Once the title of zeta and omega are earned, it can never be taken away and is always a sex object to be used.
